Appointment Confirmations and Cancellations

All appointments are considered confirmed at 24 hours.  Once within 24 hours, altering your session becomes extremely difficult for a few reasons:

• Rental space is at a premium.  Many rockin’ professionals share the same awesome spaces and availability is limited.

• I pay in advance to secure a space for our session and those rental fees are bound by cancellation policies.

• I prioritize my time to you for your session, likely at the expense of politely declining other clients.  That business becomes hard to re-secure on short notice.

Stuff happens, I get it.  But repeatedly canceled or rescheduled sessions mean that our calendars aren’t well matched. 

Your Changing Personal Preferences

As a practitioner and teacher I do my best to be open and sensitive to your evolving needs.  If you have a preference or circumstance that I should be aware of, please let me know so that I can best tailor our time together to meet you where you are.

Payment

You wouldn’t eat out for dinner tonight and then offer to pay the restaurant tomorrow.  Same same.  Payment is due at the time of services rendered.  I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and the Cash app.

Timeliness

Please arrive as on-time as your life will allow. I’ve secured a treatment space / work space for your session and likely share that space with other busy and successful professionals who’ll need it for their own sessions.  Let’s keep everyone on schedule by getting started on time so that you can get to your next big to-do, you busy, beautiful human you.

Personal Grooming

Full disclosure: I struggle with strong smells.  Whether sandalwood, John Varvatos’ Vintage, or your body’s own natural aroma, if they’re strong, they make it hard for me to breathe.  And me being able to breathe is going to be key for us to do good work together.  

I ask that you indulge my sensitivities and mindfully minimize any personal perfumes, organic or otherwise, on the days of our sessions
